Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I consent to the above operator processing my name or preferred form of address, telephone number or messenger identifier, and the contents of my voluntarily submitted request in order to respond to my inquiry, clarify preferences and provide personal selection assistance for PEARLS LAB jewelry.

Scope and method of processing

Consent covers the collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, access, blocking, deletion and destruction of inquiry data, with or without automated means, within the stated purpose. It does not constitute consent to advertising, the sale of data or making data publicly available.

I understand that the form prepares text locally. Copying places it on my device's clipboard. To transmit my request to the operator, I send the message myself through Telegram or email. Using these services involves processing under their own rules. Consent does not waive mandatory requirements applicable to the operator and external services.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until the response and agreed selection assistance are complete, or until it is withdrawn, unless there is an independent lawful basis for continuing processing. Withdrawal must be sent to Pearlslab@yandex.ru or the operator's address, identifying the contact used for the request. Processing is terminated and data deleted within the periods prescribed by law.

How to give consent

Consent is given by selecting a separate checkbox in the form. It is not selected in advance. The visitor then decides whether to send the prepared message. The date and version of consent are included in the prepared request text so the operator can retain them with the inquiry. Consent version: October 16, 2026.
