Privacy and personal data processing policy
General provisions
This policy describes the processing of personal data when using the PEARLS LAB website (pearlslab.ru and pearlslab.max-grip.workers.dev) and requesting help with jewelry selection. The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Maxim Igorevich Zaytsev. This policy does not constitute consent to data processing and does not replace a visitor's separate expression of consent.

What data is used and for what purposes
Your name or preferred form of address, telephone number or messenger identifier, and information you voluntarily include in your request are used to respond to your inquiry, clarify preferences and provide personal jewelry selection assistance. Do not provide passport details, payment details, health information, other people's data or other information unnecessary for selecting jewelry.
If you continue communicating in Telegram or by email, the operator also receives your account identifier, email address and correspondence content that the relevant service makes available to the recipient. The fact and content of consent may be retained in the correspondence as evidence that processing is lawful.
When you visit the website, the hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, access time, requested URL, and browser and device information to deliver pages and protect the website. This technical information is distinct from the form's content. This form does not offer a subscription to advertising messages.
How the form and external services work
The form prepares the request text in your browser. In this version of the website, the field contents are not sent to a server-side request database. At your instruction, the prepared text can be copied to the clipboard, and you can open the PEARLS LAB chat in Telegram and send the message yourself. Personal data is not included in the URL of the link that opens Telegram. The chat URL uses the PEARLS LAB contact, rather than the information you entered.
After copying, the data remains on your device's clipboard until you replace or clear it. Use a personal device and avoid copying unnecessary information. After a message is sent, Telegram processes the data under its own rules. Alternatively, contact Pearlslab@yandex.ru directly; the email service also processes correspondence under its own rules. Do not send the message if you do not wish to use the selected external service.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Telegram, Cloudflare and email services are external service providers. Their technical processing and the possible location of infrastructure outside Russia require the operator to address the applicable legal requirements separately; a visitor's consent alone does not waive data localization or cross-border data transfer requirements.
Legal grounds and processing operations
When an inquiry is submitted through the form, processing for jewelry selection is based on separate consent. Where provided by law, data may be processed to enter into or perform a contract at the customer's initiative, fulfill the operator's obligations or protect lawful rights.
Within the stated purposes, the operator may collect, record, organize, store, update and use inquiry data, access it, restrict its processing, delete it and destroy it, with or without automated means. Access is granted only to persons who need it to handle the inquiry. Data may be transferred when using the communication channels you select, in response to a lawful request from an authorized body, or on another legal basis. Selling data and making it available to an unrestricted group of persons are not purposes of the form.
Processing periods and termination
Inquiry data is processed until the response and agreed jewelry selection assistance are complete, or until consent is withdrawn, unless there is another lawful basis for continuing processing. Further correspondence or entering into a contract may require processing on an independent legal basis.
Once the purpose has been achieved or withdrawal received, the operator stops processing and deletes the data within the periods prescribed by law, unless retention is required on another lawful basis. As a general rule, the law provides up to 30 days for destruction after the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn. Deleting correspondence held by the operator does not automatically delete copies on your device or held by an independent communication service.
Your rights and withdrawal of consent
You may request information about processing, require inaccurate data to be corrected, require unlawfully processed data to be blocked or deleted, withdraw consent, and challenge the operator's actions before Roskomnadzor or a court. To make a request, write to Pearlslab@yandex.ru with the subject “Personal data” and identify the contact you used for your inquiry. Do not send a passport copy without a justified request; the operator may propose a proportionate way to verify that the request concerns your data.
Declining consent means only that the request cannot be processed through this form and does not restrict other lawful rights. This form does not request consent to advertising messages.
Data protection and responsibility
The operator must take the necessary legal, organizational and technical protection measures, restrict access and respond to identified violations in accordance with the law. The user, in turn, should choose a secure device and provide only necessary data.
Neither this policy nor consent releases the operator from liability established by law, prohibits complaints or restricts consumer rights. External services' liability is determined by applicable law and their terms, without removing the operator's own obligations.
